Evolution of love was created to empower, educate, and renew the minds of girls in urban communities ages 8 through 18. We are committed to inspire our young girls to make choices that lead to peace, success, and balance within themselves, schools, community & homes.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is designed to empower, educate, and inspire the minds of girls in urban communities ages 8 through 18. Within our practice we teach yoga, mediation, healthy nutrition, life skills and strategies to cultivate the whole child, mind, body & soul.
WHAT WE DO
We curate workshops, trips and events, helping teens and young women believe in the power of their own mind and hearts. Our core elements of success are based upon molding young girls to have a self reflective and introspective mind set to conquer their traumas, and to know thyself.
OUR COMMUNITY
We inspire, educate, and empower our youth towards peace within ending violence in our communities. We travel throughout the tristate (NY, NJ, CT) sharing our mission and experiences with schools and other organizations.
THE EQUIPMENT
All yoga equipment is provided for all participants. This includes mats, blocks, blankets, eye pillows and plant based essential oils.
THE PRACTICE
There are 8 limbs that make up the yoga practice. The poses are only one aspect. We focus on the whole practice mind, body, and soul. The emotional and social learning that happens on the mats, Carries them off the mat.
THE SESSIONS
